How Jentra uses your details
This notice covers jentra.my and the emails you send us. It is written in English and Malay, as the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 asks.

Who we are
Jentra builds AI agents, apps and AI training in Malaysia. Write to hello@jentra.my about anything in this notice.

What we collect
- What you type in the contact form: your name, organisation, email, phone number if you give it, your field and your message.
- Emails you send us.
- On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile reads technical details from your browser to check that you are a person. It uses them for that check only.
We do not use cookies, and we do not track your visits.

Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a meeting and prepare a proposal. We do not send newsletters or sales emails.

Who sees it
Only Jentra staff. Two companies handle it for us: Cloudflare runs this website and the form, and Google stores our email. Their servers may be outside Malaysia. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it
We delete an enquiry 2 years after our last message, unless you become a client.

Your choices
Giving your details is your choice, but we need an email address to reply. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details. Email hello@jentra.my and we will reply within 21 days.
