Terms of use for Jentra OH Click
These terms cover the Jentra OH Click learning app. They are for learners. You agree to these terms when you create an account and use Jentra OH Click.

Who runs Jentra OH Click
Jentra Labs Sdn. Bhd. (202601044573 (1706668-M)) runs Jentra OH Click. In these terms, "Jentra" and "we" mean Jentra Labs Sdn. Bhd. Our address is No 20, Jalan Bunga Raya Satu, Kampung Baru, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. Our telephone number is +60 10-242 1924.
You agree to these terms when you use Jentra OH Click. You also confirm that you have read the privacy notice.

Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself. Use an email address that you read. The app sends its confirmation and password reset emails to that address.

The trial
A new account gets a free trial of 3 days. The trial gives full access and includes the study helpers. It starts when you confirm your email address. Each email address gets one trial.

Signing up
- Jentra OH Click is in early access. Jentra invites learners from the early access list.
- Jentra may extend any learner's access.
- 05
The pass
- Access after the trial comes from a pass. A pass covers a fixed period. It does not renew by itself. A new pass starts where your current access ends. You lose no days when you renew early.
- A 3-month pass costs RM 29. A 12-month pass costs RM 79. One price applies to everyone.
- You pay by bank transfer. Until Jentra's bank account opens, you pay ZH Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. (1469895-W) as Jentra's collecting agent. Jentra opens your pass after it checks the transfer.
- You can still sign in after your access ends. The app keeps your answers, notes and settings. Questions, lessons and the study helpers stay closed until your access is renewed.

What Jentra OH Click is for
- Jentra OH Click is for exam preparation and study. Its content is based on Malaysian guidelines, mainly the DOSH Guidelines on Medical Surveillance Programme at the Workplace 2023. Jentra wrote the content in its own words. It is not the official text.
- Jentra OH Click does not give clinical, legal or occupational health advice. Decisions about a worker are made under the official guideline and with professional judgement.
- The content is not complete. Checking is still going on. The page "How the content is checked" in the app explains the review states.

Using Jentra OH Click fairly
- You must not share your account.
- You must not copy, republish or collect the content in bulk.
- You must not try to reach content or functions that your account is not given.
- You must not enter real patient or worker data anywhere in the app.
Jentra may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you about a new version by email and by a message in the app. You accept the terms again only when a change is material.

The laws of Malaysia govern these terms.
