Build a week's roster

The steps

1. Click Roster in the menu on the left.
2. The tabs at the top choose the clinic. Click Bangi.
3. Click the arrow on the right to move to next week.
4. An empty seat says Fill. The count at the top shows how many seats are left.
5. Click Fill on Monday morning.
6. The window lists that morning's shifts. Click Assign on the doctor's shift.
7. Now choose who covers it. Each name shows whether they are staff or a locum.
8. A doctor whose APC has expired is marked in red.
9. Dr Aisyah Rahman now covers Monday morning. Close the window.
10. The seat shows her name, and the count drops by one.
11. Click By person to see each person's week in one row.
